Cookie Policy

In compliance with Article 22(2) of the Spanish Information Society Services Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Grupo Amida Restaurantes 2025, S.L. informs users of its use of cookies and similar technologies on its websites.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on a user's device during browsing. They allow the site to remember information about the visit — preferences, session state, browsing behaviour — and can be read by the originating site on subsequent visits. Equivalent technologies such as local browser storage and tracking pixels serve similar purposes and are subject to the same obligations.

2. Consent management

The websites of Grupo Amida Restaurantes 2025, S.L. use Finsweet Cookie Consent as their consent management system. It operates on an opt-in basis: non-essential cookies are only activated if the user provides active and explicit consent.

On the first visit, a banner is displayed allowing the user to accept, reject or customise cookie use by category. Preferences are stored for 365 days and can be changed at any time via the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Always Active
These items are required to enable basic website functionality.
Marketing
These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator's permission.
Personalization
These items allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, a website may provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing data about your current location.
Analytics
These items help the website operator understand how its website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues. This storage type usually doesn't collect information that identifies a visitor.
